Relational Supervision

I offer clinical supervision that is relational, supportive, and grounded in curiosity. Supervision is a collaborative space where you can reflect on your practice, deepen your clinical understanding, and feel resourced in the work you do. My approach recognises that supervision is not only about professional growth, but also about creating a safe and supportive relationship in which you can bring the fullness of your experience.

At the heart of my practice as a supervisor is the relational focus. I believe the quality of our supervisory relationship is central to learning and development. This means working together with openness, respect, and honesty, so that challenges can be explored as well as achievements celebrated. Supervision is a place where you are listened to, supported, and gently challenged in order to strengthen your confidence and clinical identity.

I can also bring a creative and embodied dimension to supervision. For some practitioners this may mean exploring through movement, imagery, or metaphor; for others, it might involve finding new ways of thinking about client work through dialogue and reflection. Together we will work with curiosity as we navigate the supervisory space together we ask questions, wonder about dynamics, and stay open to new perspectives.

My commitment is to provide a supervision space that honours difference, values diversity, and recognises the wider systems that we are all part of. I work with people who hold many roles within the helping professions, so whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner in a team, business or in private practice, I offer a space within supervision that is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and grow within a supportive and professional relationship together.
